Liquid Coating
Production Paint Finishers meets your demands for high quality liquid painting. We utilize many types of liquid coating specifications. Depending
on size, liquid parts are ran through our six stage iron phosphate pretreatment system, or, if too large to fit through the system, they will be cleaned and iron phosphated with our large part cleaning system which utilizes a wand operated high pressure washer. Masking, light assembly, and special packaging are again some of the added value services that are offered.
We can cure nearly any coating on any part,
because the variety of liquid coatings we
offer give the greatest range of coating
chemistries and curing temperatures as
listed here.
- Baking
- 300-350 degrees F for 10-20
minutes

Baking
is for raw steel and aluminum parts
with no putty or gaskets.

Dry -140-225 degrees F for 10-20
minutes

Force
Dry is for steel, aluminum, or plastic
parts with putty, gaskets, or other
temperature sensitive components. |

Dry - Ambient temperature for 1-12

| E-coat
and powder coatings can not offer a
variety of curing tempertaures.
You must take only what they
offer-usually very high cure
temperatures-typically over 400
degrees F. |

drivers operate our 24' Navistar box trucks. We also have pickup trucks available for smaller shipments.
