line. With over 900 feet of conveyor, this line
features a stainless steel 6 stage washer with alkaline
cleaning,
iron phosphating, non-chrome seal, and
reverse-osmosis water rinse. Excess water is
removed
in our dry off oven and the parts can then be painted
using
a variety of methods as detailed here. Curing for
shipment is achieved in our bake oven. We are able to
paint thousands of high quality parts an hour on this line.
The usual paints used on this line are baking enamels,
epoxies, and polyesters.
