About Production Paint Finishers, Inc.

Production Paint Finishers Inc. (PPF) started in 1970 when founder Larry Francis decided to break away from his father’s automobile dealership, as he says, “with a paint gun in hand and no orders”. Larry began by painting camper parts for Airstream in an old wood building. After much work, his quality oriented, hardworking beginnings led to jobs for companies like Huffy, Shopsmith, Stanley, and Copeland which resulted in a new and bigger building in 1976.

The word began to spread and PPF added on to its building again in 1980, 1989, 1997, and 2007. In early 2008, PPF has become an around the clock business working in a 100,000 sq ft facilities.

As the years went by, Larry’s sons Allen and Russ took over the business, and kept up the tradition of delivering a quality product on time and at a fair price…PPF has become a leader in the liquid and powder coating business.

In addition to general commercial painting and powder coating, PPF has diversified and are known as one of the leading Military Specification paint houses in the nation. It is doing so by helping to complete mil spec CARC painting projects on armored vehicles and other components that protect our troops. PPF has a focus to serve the community locally, nationally, and internationally.
